This includes and it's not limited to any kind of "Warez", hacking material (including documents on how to hack), serial number collections, etc. Programs like FXP, BNC, IRC, MUH can not be used with SpeedHost.Com either. Pornographic material will now be accepted under customized contracts based on bandwidth usage and starting at higher prices. Conduct We want SpeedHost.Com to be the most decent system out there, but we can only do it if you behave well. Any conduct deemed innapropriate by SpeedHost.Com personnel will be punishable at the employees criteria. All the accounts are continuously verified for good content and appropriate use. You will initially receive a warning, and if the conduct continues, you will be expelled from the system with no refunds. Bandwidth SpeedHost.Com offers "Unlimited Bandwidth" which is in many ways a ficticious term. What it means, is that you will not have a bandwidth limit (like other providers) in which your page will stop working because you have exceeded. However it does not mean your site can consume all the bandwidth available. We all know that $20 dollars a month does not cover the expenses of running a business like this, so we all have to share the bandwidth with other users in the system. Indeed, you'll find you can get more than enough, but if your site becomes greedy and other customers become affected, you will be kindly asked to reduce the traffic. Pornographic material or mp3 file content, whether copyrighted or not, is not allowed under any of the regular programs.
